Fall Girl Records, a division of Carasmatic Productions Inc., was established in 2000 as the home of singer and songwriter Cara Jones. With songs on over 24 albums, single-releases, best-selling Playstation and Sega games, soundtracks, and three solo albums to date, songs penned by Cara Jones have sold more than 1.2 MILLION copies worldwide.

OUR RELEASES
The first release on the newly-formed label was in the year 2001 with the album "NOW" (FG8051).

Currently available on the internet and in select retail outlets in the US, "NOW" was originally released in Japan under the Warner Music Japan label.

The second release is a re-issue of the debut album by Cara Jones, entitled "Different Skies". This album was originally released in Japan in 1994, and was a best-selling independent release of that year. Now owned by Fall Girl Records, "Different Skies" (FG9453) became available in the spring of 2002.

Our latest release is the long-lost "Pandora's Box", a remixed and remastered version of the 1996 Teichiku Records release that has since gone out of print. The new version contains one previously-unreleased song, "Path of Roses", and is available on Spotify and iTunes.



LABEL NEWS
Songs from "NOW" have appeared in DAWSON'S CREEK, several independent films, and the album has been licensed for use on MTV programming.

The independent short "Give Or Take An Inch", directed by award-winning director Lee Friendlander and starring Amanda Bearse (Married With Children), Michele Greene (LA Law), Megan Cavanagh (A League of Their Own), and Tim Maculan (Six Feet Under), used three songs from "NOW".

Other songs written or co-written by Cara Jones have sold over 1.2 MILLION COPIES worldwide. Recently, the previously unreleased song "Whisper Love" was featured in a central scene of Friedlander's critically-acclaimed film, "Girl Play".
