To put your freshly-downloaded Cara Jones icon onto any folder:
(MAC)
1) Click once on the icon you've downloaded.
2) Hit command-i to "Get Info" on the folder.
3) When the Get Info window opens, click once on the Cara pic in the upper left-hand corner.
4) Hit command-c to copy the icon onto your clipboard.
5) Close that window.
6) Click on the folder whose icon you wish to replace and command-i to open its Get Info window.
7) Click on the plain blue folder in the upper left-hand corner.
8) Hit command-v to paste the Cara icon onto your folder, and viola!
